All manufacturers and resellers must provide accurate information. Impersonation or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, brand assets, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Resellers are granted usage rights for approved marketing activities only.
Platform Governance
Disputes are handled through our support and arbitration process to ensure fair resolution for all parties within the ShoplyCircle network.
Account Termination
Violation of our community guidelines or terms of service may lead to permanent account deactivation and loss of platform access.
